Roughing It On The Rock Rustic Lodge Rental in Kuluk

Roughing It implies the fire may go out at night, after all, this is Alaska. And Adak is the farthest West one can live in America without a security clearance ... Roughing It is heated with a woodstove as its only heat source, bolstered with an electric carbon monoxide detector with battery backup and a smoke detector. Vents are installed throughout the unit, so air flow is great and the unit is cozy--but if you cannot abide getting up to replenish the fire should it need it, please don't book--it's not for you.

$125.00 per night for entire duplex, not per person

Long term and packages rates available—please ask. Reservations in advance are recommended, as loding on Adak fills up fast, especially during the hunting season. Booking is available through AirBnB or full payment in advance through paypal.

See catering page for special occasion cakes and menus--let me help you celebrate your Wedding or Renewal of Vows--gluten-free upon request.
