Wedding Cakes & Special Occasion Menus
Wedding Cakes* come with various fillings and either American Buttercream or Swiss Meringue Buttercream frostings. Layer sizes are normally, 6, 9 and 12 inches arranged in a 3-tiered cake and will feed approximate 80 people. Fillings include either raspberry, pineapple, coconut or chocolate. Prices vary between $250.00 to $350.00.
Flat, 2-layer cakes are available in a 9" for $60.00 or a 12" for $120.00.
My frosting expertise is limited to swags, rosettes and shells as seen in traditional wedding cake decorations.
